CultureOS is an AI-native practice for smaller museums, artist foundations, and archives in the United States. CultureOS Labs is its research arm.
WHAT WE ARE
We work at the level of the whole.
How information moves, where effort disappears, what a lean team should never have to do twice. We rebuild the systems an institution runs on and read the institution before we touch anything. We stand between the state of the art and the people who keep culture, and we translate in both directions.

Not the department that keeps the lights on.
We do not live inside the daily tickets. We come for the work that changes how the institution runs, build it so the team owns it, and stay only as long as we are useful.
HOW WE ARE BUILT
Founder-led. Specialists per project. Lean by design.
Archivists, engineers, designers, art historians, counsel, engaged for the work that needs them. We work the way we advise. Systems we supervise carry the searching, drafting, testing, and documenting; people who know the field review every decision. A practice this size can therefore take on this scope, and keep its price within reach of a nonprofit.

STRUCTURE
A company, working alongside the institutions it serves.
CultureOS is a commercial company. The Labs conduct public-benefit research through named institutional projects, under agreements that keep data and scholarship with the institution. An independent research institute may follow only when the work warrants it.
